Legacy App Automation

You know that app that does not want to be integrated or automated? No APIs, no docs, no database connection. No mercy! 

This project was proposed by a customer working with bunch of apps, some modern, some legacy, with the express requirements to "talk them through" to communicate with each other.

Well, we designed a bot that emulates the human actions. Clicks the buttons, fill forms, uploads and downloads files, the works. No matter if the interface is a grafic one, like in those legacy java apps or browser based.
No sweat!

Business Intelligence WebApp

The application is a single page dashboard, accessible from anywhere in the world and ready to reveal to its users an accurate and updated image of the business current status.
Developed for a national-wide gas stations network customer, the app extracts and integrates data from two different applications and continues where the ERP's usually meagre reporting system ends.

Software Architecture for Insurance Co

Have you ever tried to digitally buy your insurance policy or check on your insurance claim status? Exactly, while some insurance carriers struggle to make significant changes on the wings of digitalization, most players trail behind.
In today insurance landscape, more and more new and disruptive entries push an old and often legacy-driven market into a last-minute wake-up call.
Our client is pure digital start-up, decided to develop its business around a digital DNA. Therefore, they came to us for new answers.

Robotic Process Automation

This project offered us a very interesting challenge. Rather than relying on more advanced and well-established (read expensive!) automation solutions, our client turned to us and demanded a novel approach, using open and more cost-efficient alternative routes.
As a result, we developed a new platform entirely based on AWS services and technology. Lean and reliable, cost-efficient and yet scalable, in the end, we obtained a whole new fleet of tiny robots, ready to lend a hand for diverse tasks from regulatory reporting, document processing to data acquisition and storage.

Insurance Claims Analysis

We have been retained by our client, a special project team aiming at setting up a digital start-up in the insurance industry, to come with a pipeline to analyse motor insurance claims and find the best fitting features that described the statistical portfolio available, at the moment.
In a later stage we developed a methodical model to accurately evaluate the claims frequency and severity, using several approaches (such as GLM, GAM, tree-based algos and neural networks) and choosing a suitable probability model that best described automobile claim frequency and loss severity.

Deep Learning FX Trading

The Forex platform trading was born out of our client's sad experience of early manual trading attempts.
Based on MT5 forex platform facilities and with the use of a powerful neural network and a novel approach to looking at the market, we managed to statistically squeeze a bit of profit from today's bot-driven forex market.
Now we are happy to realize that our cold-hand, steel-nerves little bot friend will always be a better trader.

Car Painting Fraud Detector

The car painting fraud detector is a machine learning fuelled app that learnt to detect paint and filling anomalies in any painting receipt used in a car body painting shop.
We learnt that paint consumption rarely matches the recommended quantities. It depends on the various factors from outside temperature to workers' painting technique.
With the help of this application, we have been able to understand if in some occasions paint consumption deviation might not have occurred purely by chance.
